SHIPPING POLICY
At Veluu, we currently provide domestic shipping within the United States and Mexico. We partner with trusted international distribution centers and fulfillment networks to bring our high-quality self-care tools directly to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer two shipping methods for our customers in the United States and Mexico:

Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3 to 5 business days. The cost is $5.00, or FREE on all orders of $50.00 or more.

Express Shipping: Delivers in 1 to 2 business days. The cost is a flat rate of $15.00.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high-demand seasons, customs procedures, or courier logistics.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to monitor the status of your package directly on our website or through the official carrier portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Veluu is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, tariffs, duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival at the destination country. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
